How we use the details you send us through this website.
Who we are
This website is run by FoodPro (Manufacturing) Ltd, Chapel Lane, Wigan, Greater Manchester, WN3 5DQ, part of Browns Food Group. Company number SC431311.
What we collect
When you send a trade enquiry we collect your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, sector, what you're interested in, and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and the time you gave consent.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is your consent, given with the tick box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is stored securely in this website's database and sent by email to our sales team. Service providers who host the website and deliver the email process it on our behalf. We never sell your details or use them for marketing without asking.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for retention period, then delete them unless you've become a customer.
Spam protection
The form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Turnstile doesn't set advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing foodpro.sales@foodpro.co.uk or calling 01942 824435. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
